If you have something to get rid of

Take some photos
Photograph the items where they are. Collectors price much more accurately from a picture than a description, so this is the single most useful thing you can do.

Describe the job
Pick the service you need, choose a rough size using our plain-English guide, and mention anything awkward such as stairs or no parking.

Choose your date and address
Pick a date and a rough time. Your full address stays private until you accept a quote.

Wait for quotes
Verified collectors within range are notified. Each one sends a price and an estimated arrival time. Most jobs get their first quote within a couple of hours.

Compare and accept
Look at price, rating, completed jobs and verification status side by side. Accept one and the rest expire automatically.

Agree how you will pay
You pay your collector directly, in cash or by bank transfer, once the work is done. Nothing is taken up front and Dumply never handles the money.

Track and confirm
Follow your collector on the day, check the before and after photos, then settle up and confirm the job is done.
Good to know
- Posting a job is free, and you are never obliged to accept a quote.
- Only the collector you choose sees your full address.
- Message your collector in the app without sharing your phone number.
- If something goes wrong, raise a dispute and the payment stays on hold while we look into it.

You set the price and your arrival time. No fixed rates, no bidding wars.

If the customer picks you, the exact address is released and you can message them.

Update your progress as you go so the customer knows where you are.

Upload proof
Before and after photos protect you as much as the customer.

Get paid
Your share lands in your Dumply balance once the job is confirmed. Withdraw whenever you like.
How the money works
You accept a quote. Nothing is charged, and you give Dumply no card details.
You and your collector agree how you will pay: cash on the day, or a bank transfer once the work is done.
The collector completes the job and uploads before and after photos.
You pay the collector the price you agreed, directly. Dumply takes no commission and no money passes through the platform.
You confirm the job is done and leave a review. If you do not respond and no problem is raised, it confirms automatically after 48 hours.
If something goes wrong, report it. We cannot move money that never came to us, but we investigate, act on the collector's account, and help you sort it out.
